| Premium Keypad - The Premium Keypad uses a numeric code to turn your system on/off. It is user friendly with a large display and includes three one-touch emergency buttons for police, fire and medical assistance. |

| Three Door or Window Sensors - The sensors trigger the system if the door or window is opened or tampered with while the system is armed. |

| Motion Detector - Motion Detectors monitor the open area of the home where they are installed such as hallways or entry foyers. They are triggered by the presence of body heat in addition to movement within the monitored area. When detected, the alarm will sound and the Broadview monitoring centers will be notified. |

| Interior Siren - When the alarm is triggered, the siren emits a 95-decibel alarm to alert you and your family of the security breach. |

| Master Control Panel - The Control Panel houses the 'brains' of the system that communicate monitoring information with the Central Monitoring Centers. It also contains a backup battery in case of a power outage. |

| Broadview Yard Sign and Window Decals - Yard signs and window decals warn potentials burglars that your home is protected by a state-of-the-art security system and serves as a deterrent. |
